‘He better not be’: Baseball YouTuber nails Aussie rival with epic call-out over DRS controversy

An American YouTube star has called out Pakistan batter Mohammad Rizwan for claiming the contentious Pat Cummins wicket struck his arm and not his glove and his take has gone viral.

The crucial wicket of Rizwan sparked a late collapse as Cummins claimed his second five-wicket haul to lead Australia to a series clinching win in the Boxing Day Test.

Rizwan was given out caught behind, after Australia successfully challenged the on-field decision of not out, claiming the ball struck the batter’s glove on the way through to Alex Carey.

The third umpire ultimately overruled the on-field decision much to the dismay of Rizwan and the Pakistan coach Mohammad Hafeez post match who took aim at the technology that is ruining the game in a stunning rant.

However, the YouTube star known as Jomboy has given evidence that refutes Rizwan’s claims of where the ball struck him on the forearm and his take is going viral.

“There was an odd little moment here when Cummins gets Rizwan with the bouncer and they won and they were like, yep we caught it,” Jomboy said on X.

“Pakistan were like na. But it hit something.

“Cummins reluctantly called for the DRS because we gotta get this guy out.

“He (Rizwan) is pointing to his arm. I hope he is not pointing to that white spot. It seems like he might be pointing to that white spot.

“I hope he is not because he showed up to the crease with that white spot on his arm. You can see it when he shows up.

“You can see it the whole time. You can see the wrist band on his gloves goes pretty high, but there is a big spot between the white spot and his wrist band.

“And in the review it shows that it hit his wrist band, which is part of the glove, which means it is part of the bat, which means he’s out.

“It is the same as baseball. The hand is part of the bat. The sound says yeah it hit the wrist band, but he was showing that spot on his arm thinking it hit there.

“But he had that spot when he showed up and he was like, what?

“Australia is excited. I don’t know about that. What was he pointing at? Was he tricked?”
