Min Woo Lee treated the crowd to an epic chip-in during the final round of his Australian PGA Championship win last week and five days later, he’s done it again.

With his second shot on the par three fourth hole, Lee perfected a bunker shot and found the bottom of the cup for birdie.

After shooting even par on Thursday, Adam Scott played considerably better in the second round, with the likeable Aussie shooting four-under for the day.

That included an impressive eagle on the par four first hole, chipping in from about 100m out.

“I mean, it’s hard to be too disappointed with four under (but) I feel like I left some out there,” Scott told Fox Sports.

Meanwhile, Cameron Smith and reigning champian Adrian Meronk are in a battle to make the cut and progress to the weekend of the Australian Open in Sydney.

Former World No. 2 Smith says he was “frustrated” with his first round, where he shot a 1-under 71 to be sitting in a tie for 56th, only one stroke above the current cut line.

Smith teed off on midday on The Australian course with Lee and Japan’s Rikuya Hoshino.
