There are fight predictions, then there’s this.
Tyson Fury has predicted he will knock Francis Ngannou out within six rounds in their blockbuster heavyweight fight in Saudi Arabia this weekend, even telling the former UFC star to his face precisely how he’s going to do it.
Fury, the long-standing WBC heavyweight world champion, and Nganouu — the UFC’s former heavyweight champion who is making his professional boxing debut, will meet in an intriguing big-money fight in Saudi Arabia.

There are no title belts at stake, except for the unofficial title of ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’, and both fighters are set to cash in with reports Fury will make up to $US50m ($A80) and Ngannou $US10m ($A15).
While Ngannou has been trained by legend Mike Tyson for the fight, Fury does not seem fazed by the challenge ahead, with the 35-year-old offering an oddly-specific rundown of his plans as the pair came face-to-face in an interview for TNT Sports Boxing.
“I’m going to knock him out inside six rounds,” Fury said. “Should I tell you how I’m going to do it? Get on the front foot, high arms, sticking him with a punishing jab, 19, 20 stone in the face — boom, boom, boom — bust him up, swell his eyes out, and then feint, slip, bang. KO. On the front foot, not running away. On the front foot, hand-eye, let him hit the shoulder, slip, slip, bang, slip, slip, bang — down in a heap.
“Listen, no one can take my power. Nobody. These heavyweights don’t have a chance.
“… I’m going to come out, nice, stiff, snappy jab — bang. Doubling up, maybe even tripling it — bang. Bang, bang, bang. Jab, slip, slip, slip, body shot, uppercut, jab, jab, feint — bang, right hand. Game over.”
Ngannou laughed off Fury’s breakdown of how the fight will play out, promising he believes anything is possible in Sunday’s fight.
“Wow, that looks like a script from a movie,” Ngannou said. “But as you said earlier, everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.”
