When UFC fighters Tim Elliott and Gina Mazany were engaged on July 28, 2020, Elliott had no idea Kevin Croom would be intimately involved in their relationship.
But Elliott is claiming that his teammate and friend Croom and Mazany had a relationship throughout Elliott’s marriage to Mazany, including on their wedding night.
Elliott, 36, posted a photo on Twitter that he said shows Mazany reading wedding vows to Elliott’s daughter, with UFC star Croom holding the microphone for her.
“You want to see something gross? This is my ‘wife’ reading vows to my daughter on our ‘wedding’ night,” Elliott, who said he’s no longer married to Mazany, wrote along with the photo.
“The guy holding the microphone was my ‘friend/teammate’ my wife cheated on me with this guy the same night! and they have had a relationship our entire ‘marriage.’ “
Elliott’s daughter, Sterling, is from a previous marriage.
Elliott claimed on Twitter that he found out about the cheating via texts sent from Mazany to a friend, and that Mazany later confessed to him.
Elliott also alleged that Mazany did not come back with him after the wedding due to “friends there from out of state” while he took his daughter home to go to sleep.
Mazany and Croom are now together, Elliott alleges, though the two have not commented on the accusations.
Mazany has since deleted her Instagram account, but there are several posts of the former couple that are still active on Elliott’s account.
Elliott hasn’t fought in the UFC since UFC 272, when he defeated Tagir Ulanbekov by unanimous decision.
Mazany and Croom were each released by the UFC after losses last April and fought in secondary promotions not long after.
Croom most recently won his second Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship bout on Feb. 17.
Elliott is scheduled to fight Victor Altamirano in the UFC on June 3 on ESPN.
